Friends of Outreach is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3, all volunteer, Irvine based organization that helps support the City of Irvine senior outreach programs. (All donations to the organization are tax deductible.)  The group conducts service projects, fund-raising programs, and weekly social activities at Lakeview Senior Center.  Activities are OPEN to ALL. Community members are encouraged to join, participate, and make friends while serving a worthy cause.

Social Activities 

    1-3 p.m.
    Buy-In begins at 12:30 p.m.
    $8 for ten games

International Crafters 

9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
Lakeview Senior Center

Do you crochet, knit or want to learn?  Bring your skills to the group.  Crafters create scarves, blankets, hats, and other handcrafted items.  All items are available for sale with proceeds donated to support of senior programs.    

Opportunity Drawing

Enter for your chance to win a handcrafted blanket or pen. Tickets are available for purchase starting March 31.
Proceeds from the sales will go to Friends of Outreach for purchase of special yarn for “chemo-caps” which
are given to cancer patients. You do not need to be present to win.

Aluminum Can and Plastic Bottle Donations
Bring your aluminum cans and plastic bottles to the Lakeview Senior Center.  Your contributions help Friends of Outreach continue their support of senior programs.

Are you looking for a unique gift?  Stop by the International Crafters Cart to purchase handmade items such as scarves, blankets, hats, and much more!  All proceeds support the Friends of Outreach and support of senior programs.
