2017 marks the 16th
anniversary of the Irvine Global Village Festival – the City’s largest and most attended community event. Recognized as the best cultural festival in Orange County, Global Village features more than 100 performances on five stages; a line-up of international cuisine guaranteed to transport your taste buds to exotic lands; a bustling international marketplace filled with unique gifts, crafts and textiles; interactive, educational and entertaining cultural displays and demonstrations; a fanciful and vibrant kids village; and a world religions area, providing guests with an opportunity to explore, discuss and expand their spiritual knowledge through interaction with established faith-based organizations from the Irvine area.
Admission and Food Tickets
Festival Admission is FREE! Food tickets are available for purchase at the event. Tickets are $1 each; with tasting prices ranging from 1 to 3 tickets per item. Cash, checks, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) are accepted at designated ticket booth locations. Prices for sample-sized items range from $1 to $3; it is recommended to purchase $10 per person. Tickets are nonrefundable. For your convenience, a Schools First Federal Credit Union ATM is located at the Irvine Civic Center adjacent to the Irvine Police Department entrance.

Guests are encouraged to establish a designated location to meet if separated. If a member of your party is lost, please visit the Information Booth located in the center of the park for assistance.
As an added safety precaution, free ID wrist bands will be available at the Information Booth. Please include only your cell phone number on the wristband and NOT
the child's name.

For your convenience, a Schools First Federal Credit Union ATM is located at the Irvine Civic Center adjacent to the Irvine Police Department entrance.
While visiting city or Irvine facilities, parks and events, photographers working for the city may be taking photos or videos for marketing purposes. This includes general shots o visitors in group, or photos of individuals. If you have concerns about your image being used, please tell the photographer at the festival.
Irvine Global Village is proud to provide guests with a smoke-free environment. Per the City of Irvine’s Municipal Code of Ordinance, Section 4-10-512
, smoking is prohibited and is unlawful in or at any park or recreation facility within the City of Irvine, except where designated.
The Global Village Festival is committed to providing access to as many guests as possible and provides reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities and service animals. Disabled person parking is available at the San Juan parking lot adjacent the Festival and at satellite parking locations. Please have the appropriate placard visible when entering the parking lot.
First Aid Station
If you need medical attention, please contact a Global Village staff member or visit the First Aid Station located in the in the center of the park where the baseball fields intersect.
The Irvine Global Village Festival is characterized as a limited public forum; political messages, membership recruitment, evangelizing and similar activities are discouraged except in areas designated for such activities. An “open public forum” has been designated to reflect City support of free speech. We invite individuals and organizations who wish to share their messages to gather in the designated open public forum located on the grass next to Harvard Avenue, designated by signs outlining its boundaries.
Dogs are welcome at the Irvine Global Village Festival; however pets must be on leash, interact well in a large crowd and remain in the charge of a person competent to restrain such dog. Owners are responsible to pick up after their pet(s) and for any damages they may cause.
