ADOPTION EVENT

NON-PROFIT/RESCUE APPLICATION

Please choose the animal type(s) from the options below that will be available at the event.  Select the anticipated number of animals for each category or select 0 for none.  Please note the maximum amount of animals allowed per booth space.

BOOTH SPACES - All booth spaces must be covered by a weighted canopy (not included with reservation). Booth fee is $50.00 per space for the first two spaces and $70.00 for the third space.  Booth space includes one 6' table and two chairs. 

ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPTIONS - Additional items are available for rental.  Please select the item and enter the quantity requested.

BOOTH LOCATION ZONE - If you would like to select your booth location zone, a fee of $75.00 will be added to your booth space fees.  Please note, actual booth location within zone will be assigned by Irvine Animal Care Center staff.

NOTE:  Fees are due upon approval of your application.  Irvine Animal Care Center staff will contact you to process your payment and confirm your participation in the Adoption Event.
