In Our Nature
Reception: Saturday, December 6, 4-6 p.m.
Exhibition: December 6, 2014-January 31, 2015

Pushing the boundaries of their media, three Southern California artists challenge the familiar definition of printmaking as a means of producing images. Through large works on paper, mixed media, sculpture and installation, artists investigate their relationships with nature, objects and fellow human beings. In Our Nature initiates a conversation about what it means to be part of a greater whole, and looks at the field of printmaking in a new light.

Tim Musso received his BFA and MFA with an emphasis in print-
making from CSU Long Beach in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He
has been teaching printmaking at La Sierra University in Riverside since 2008, where he also heads the Brandstater Art Gallery.

Erynn Richardson holds a BFA and MA from CSU Northridge and
an MFA from CSU Long Beach with an emphasis in printmaking.
She is represented by Bermudez Projects in Downtown Los
Angeles and teaches at Irvine Valley College.

Camilla Taylor is a printmaker at Josephine Press in Santa Monica, a member of the Honorable Company of Gentleman Printmakers Social Club, Southern Graphics Council International and a founding member of C. Feign Jr. Gallery. Her work has been widely exhibited throughout the United States and abroad. Taylor received her BFA from the University of Utah in 2006 and an MFA from CSU Long Beach in 2011.
