Pooper Scooper Law (Excreata Nuisance)

Irvine Municipal Code 4-5-710 states that is unlawful to leave your pet’s feces on any public or private property that is not owned by you. Violation of this law is punishable by a fine (An Animal Services Officer must actually view the offense in order to issue a citation).
