CAFR - When is it Available?/Request Copy
The City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is finalized each January and must be adopted by the City Council before it is posted on the City's web site and copies are made available to the public. Call the Administrative Secretary in Finance at 949-724-6025 for availability dates. 

You may request a copy of the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) through the City's Office of Records and Information at 949-724-6281.   

In order to be placed on the permanent, yearly distribution list of the CAFR, you must receive approval from the Finance Administrator at 949-724-6031 or the Manager of Fiscal Services at 949-724-6037.
