Personal Property Tax
The County of Orange collects personal property tax on tangible items. Items such as automobiles, trucks, motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, boats, airplanes, business personal property, farm machinery, and tools, all qualify as personal property and are taxed at a rate based on the assessed value of the property.
