Hiking
The City of Irvine's Open Space Section, in partnership with the Irvine Ranch Conservancy, offers a number of guided hikes into the City's 2,137 acre Open Space Preserve - South.

These hikes, led by a staff person or trained docent, provide participants with an opportunity to experience nature while learning about plants and animals. Examples of the guided hikes include: birding programs, geology walks, cardio-hikes, sunset picnic hikes, full-moon hikes, and meditation hikes.
