Northwood Community Park is operated and staffed by the City of Irvine Community Services Department. The park boasts many amenities, including basketball half courts, an outdoor racquetball court, tennis courts, one softball field, shuffleboard decks, soccer fields, an outdoor fitness track, and one playground. The Community building houses a desirable multipurpose room with an attached kitchen as well as a separate craft room.
NorthwoodCommunityPark is located at 4531 Bryan Aveand is open from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday, and 12 p.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday. Most of the areas are free and open to the public; however drop-in picnics are limited to groups of fewer than 50.
