University Community Park
University Community Park is a multipurpose recreation facility operated and staffed by the Community Services Department. The Park boasts many amenities, including: sand volleyball and handball courts, an 18 hole Disc Golf course, tennis courts, children's play areas and a picnic shelter gazebo with adjacent athletic fields used for soccer and softball. The building has a multipurpose room with an attached kitchen, as well as a separate craft room. 

The park is located at 1 Beech Tree Lane near the corner of Lexicon and Sandburg, and is open from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and from noon-6 p.m. on Sunday. Most areas are free and open to the public; however, drop-in picnics are limited to groups of fewer than 50.
