The current Irvine Transportation Analysis Model (ITAM) is used to estimate future traffic conditions, identify future roadway needs, and assess possible circulation system impacts of the City's new development and roadway improvements.
The Irvine Transportation Analysis Model is designed to meet regional model consistency requirements in accordance with the Sub-Area Modeling Guidelines Manual ("the Guidelines") developed by the Orange County Transportation Authority(OCTA).
