How and when can I get fingerprinted or Livescans performed?
The California Department of Justice no longer accepts ink fingerprint cards for California Processing. Federal and out-of-state ink cards are still valid. Please bring an official state or federal form of identification. Cards are available upon request. The cost for rolled fingerprints is $14.00 per license.

Livescan is $19.00 per license plus any additional fees for services requested by the requestor. In order to reduce the risk of having your Livescan rejected, please bring your own forms. Please bring an official state or federal form of identification.

As of April 10, 2012, all fingerprinting services are by appointment only.
