City Motto for 2012 in Place

Sylvia Walker is the winner of the 40th Anniversary Motto Contest; “City of Innovation” was approved Jan. 24 by the City Council and will be the City motto for 2012. The motto is now part of the 40th Anniversary Photo Contest Exhibition, on display through Feb. 4 at the Irvine Fine Arts Center. Free admission.
