OC Children’s Report is Out

The 19th annual Conditions of Children in Orange County report is available; it provides data on 28 indicators. An Irvine public meeting hosted recently by Supervisor Todd Spitzer included a focus on drinking and driving among teens and the inherent danger involved in those decisions.
