Want to become a Homeowner but don’t know where to start? Then this FREE Home Buyer Workshop on Saturday, March 1 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the Lakeview Senior Center in Irvine is just for you! This workshop is geared for consumers who are thinking about purchasing a home and are interested in learning about the process and programs to help them buy. OC HOC will provide an overview of the process; qualifications needed to purchase a home; an overview of various down-payment assistance programs; and give you a list of free resources and programs to help prepare you towards homeownership.
