36-Hole Individual Stoke Play

Entry Fee:
$195 Adults / $95 Juniors
(Includes 2-day tournament green fees, cart, range balls, tee prizes and awards banquet)

Eligibility:
Open to all amateurs with established verifiable handicaps as of July 1, 2004

Flights:
Men’s Championship, A, B, C and D flights (July 10-11)
Women, Junior and Senior Divisions (July 8-9)

Entry Deadline:
July 2, 2004. No refunds for cancellations after July 2, 2004
