Music of Love

Coordinated by community volunteers, the Music of Love fundraiser will offer attendees an opportunity to drop off monetary donations that will benefit Tsunami victims, while enjoying live entertainment, crafts and other family activities.  Refreshments will be available for purchase.

The Music of Love event will open with a presentation from Irvine Mayor Beth Krom, and continue with an afternoon of multicultural musical and dances performances such as:

American Show Tunes, Egyptian Dancers, Japanese Drumming, Iranian Meditative Music, Jewish Fold Music, Pianist Performance

One hundred percent of donations generated by the event will benefit Tsunami victims through Relief International (www.ri.org), an authorized charity by the Two Presidents’ Initiative that provides emergency rehabilitation and development services to beneficiaries.

Donations can also be mailed to the City of Irvine, Heather Morris, P.O. Box 19575, Irvine, CA 92623; dropped off at the Irvine Civic Center located at 1 Civic Center Drive (at Alton and Harvard) in Irvine, or by visiting the Relief International website at www.ri.org and following donation procedures.
