Irvine's climate and the City's relatively flat topography make bicycling attractive to Irvine residents and visitors. Irvine’s Bicycle Plan provides for a city bicycle system that is safe, efficient, and enjoyable, and that promotes bicycling as both a viable transportation alternative and an enjoyable recreational pastime. |
