The City of Irvine appreciates the service of the following honoree:
| Wall of Recognition | | | Thelma Frazier | | | Distinguished Citizen | | | Thelma Frazier served on the Senior Citizens Council from 1991-1994. She was instrumental in assisting with the planning and construction of the Lakeview Senior Center. She also served as a valued member of the Jamboree Board of Directors from 1994 to 2002, along with many years on the Housing Committee of the Orange County Seniors Advisory Council. She wrote a column on seniors for the Irvine World News, and worked for the Orange County Environmental Management Agency in the Housing and Community Development Department. |
