| Wall of Recognition | | | Jan Owens | | | Distinquished Citizen | | | Jan is a valuable community volunteer leader serving as president of Friends of Outreach, an all-volunteer, Irvine based non-profit organization serving seniors, as well as District Secretary for the California/Nevada Exchange Club, a national service organization. For more than 15 years, Jan has also volunteered with Hoag-Irvine (formerly Irvine Regional Hospital). At the state and local levels, Jan Owens has made a significant contribution to the community. |
