| | Age Well Senior Services Transportation Program |
| Age Well Senior Services provides non-emergency medical transportation throughout South Orange County to persons age 60 and older who are not eligible to use OCTA ACCESS. Eligible Irvine residents can use the service to travel to medical, dental, physical therapy, dialysis and other health-related appointments. Age Well also provides transportation to Kaiser Anaheim and Long Beach Veteran’s Hospital. |  |
Eligibility
You must live within the designated service area (which includes Irvine), be 60 years or older and be ineligible for OCTA ACCESS. You are limited to 8 one-way trips each month, though exceptions can be made for ongoing treatments such as dialysis, chemotherapy and physical therapy.
Cost
Each one-way trip costs $2.00. Exact change is required. You may bring an attendant for free.
Hours of Operation
The service operates Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your trip. Service is not available on major holidays.
