Los Angeles Union Station

Los Angeles Union Station is located at 800 N Alameda St in downtown Los Angeles, just across from historic Olvera Street and a few blocks from Chinatown. Built in 1939, the station is a nationally registered historic landmark.  Click here for directions and additional information.

Union Station is Southern California’s largest public transportation hub, offering connections to Amtrak, Metrolink, LAX FlyAway, Los Angeles Metro bus and rail and many local and commuter bus services, including:

  • Antelope Valley Transit Authority
  • City of Santa Clarita Transit
  • LADOT DASH
  • LADOT Commuter Express
  • Orange County Transportation Authority
  • Santa Monica Transit
  • Torrance Transit
  • Foothill Transit

The station features an indoor waiting area, restroom facilities, ATMs, staffed and automated ticketing and checked baggage service for Amtrak customers.  TRAXX Restaurant offers fine dining in an historic atmosphere.  Paid parking is available, but overnight parking is not permitted.
