The Community Outreach Bureau is commanded by a Lieutenant and supervised by a Sergeant. This bureau maintains many of the public safety community partnership programs including:

• D.A.R.E. Program
• Crime Prevention Programs
• Police Chaplain Program
• Business Community Officer Program
• School Resource Officer Unit

The Community Outreach Bureau Sergeant is also responsible for overseeing the Field Training Officer Program and the K-9 Unit.
